I Made Pulled Pork Today

I bought a small pork shoulder blade (around 2 1/2 lbs) and then created my own rub for it and slow cooked it in the oven for around 8 hours at 250F.

OMG is it ever good! It has a very nice bark on it. It is very juicy and tasty.

I ate a chunk of it before I took the picture:

No smoke = no pulled pork.

JK - whatever floats your boat. Looks tasty.
it's all good.

It was just a test after doing lots of research into it.

I made a decent sauce for it, too.

further tweaking when I try again later on.
