I Made Baked Beans Again

I used 1lbs of navy beans and 1lbs of thick cut bacon along with the usual brown sugar, molasses, apple cider vinegar, onion and a bit of ketchup.

after 10 hours of slow cooking I have delicious, semi-healthy baked beans.

these will go great with roast pork loin.

And I will probably have some fiber issues in the morning. 😉

Baked beans are great. Just finished the last of the ones I made Sunday with my brisket.

Too cold to be smoking/grilling this weekend so maybe I will make some good ethnic food (schnitzel and beef rouladen).
