I made an awesome chicken dish tonight

Chicken lovers,heads up here! I took a nice package of boneless,skinless breasts and cut them into strips,I chopped fresh mushrooms,onions,peppers,black olives and a clove of garlic,put it all in a roasting pan,seasoned with black pepper,basil,a bit of salt,I then added a packet of Lipton herb and chicken soup mix and a bit of hot water,baked in a 350 oven for one hour.

The dish came out soooo freaking good!:p

I'm trying to develop more healthful lower fat receipes that taste really good and lemmie tell you,this stuff is delicious! I'm getting to be a good cook:D

That sounds awesome but it sounds like too much for one little girl to eat, you should have invited some of us over to help devour it.:)

I've got about 15 boneless chicken breasts marinating in a concoction of zesty Italian mixed with water vinegar and extra virgin olive oil, will be grilling them tomorrow. I use them in salads for lunch every day.

mmmmmm.

Oh fsck that sounds good and it does need more garlic.

Did you eat it with anything else? Veggies, potato, rice, salad, etc.?

Actually I just had a forkful of the dish before serving it to make sure it tasted right. It'll be even better for dinner tomorrow I'm sure:)
