I went to the yearly manga show in Hong Kong last year, only ugly girls were doing cosplay, nothing like the ones I see online.

To the OP (or anyone else that says they like cosplay): Do you actually like cosplay, or do you just like the fact that women in anime never have much clothing on, and therefore girls who dress up like them don't have much clothing on?

In any case, I like cosplay because it's creative. Like Starscream, that was done by a girl.

The costumes ain't that simple to make. There are no instructions, so you would have to design it from pictures. Plus, lots of modifications must be made since it's not a perfect translation from anime to the real world. Going back to the Starscream costume, I don't even have any idea on how to even start making that.
