THEY HAVE NO RECORD OF ANY DEFFERMENT AND KEEP SENDING ME MASSSIVE BILLS THAT ARE PILLING UP:|
FOR THE RECORD, I SETUP A DEFFERMENT AS USUAL, SENT THEM ENROLLMENT VERIFICATION, AND EVEN MADE A PYAMENT AND THEY STILL SAY THAT MY LOANS AREN'T DEFFERED. HELL, I EVEN HAVE A CONFIRMATION CODE DAMMNIT.
AND THEY SEEM TO HAVE CHANGED THEIR PHONE SYSTEM. I USED TO BE ABLE TO TALK TO A CUSTOMER REP 24/7...now it is 8am-8pm....I WAS ABLE TO TALK TO THEM AT 1 AM TWO WEEKS AGO:|
