I LOVE UPS!!! What quick service..

I got those bulbs by UPS (check my other post for faux HID).. anyway I missed the package.. so I called UPS hoping to pick it up.. the lady ont eh other end said she will call the driver and see if it can be redelivered or picked up from the Sylmar location.

Well around 4:30 i get a call... from UPS and sure enough teh guy goes "would you be available at your location between now and 6 pm" *ding dong*.. (i open door) and hey he is here.. I sign for the package and i get it..

needless to say my UPS guy knew i was talking to the office..

I love my UPS guy.. though I wish the girl Maria would deliever sometimes.

Unfortunately I've never even come close to experiencing that kind of service from UPS.

Yep, damaged boxes, etc. Ground shipping takes 5 days minimum it seems. Airborne Express takes 2-3 days as does fedex ground and without the damage.
