My 91 corolla wagon has been sitting doing nothing for 5 months. It's been under 3 feet of snow since November with only fumes in the tank.

I just started it up since late July, it didn't even cough before turning on.

My Jeep started up after sitting for 8 months when I sold it this summer. It had 2 burned valves, 2 bad spark plugs, and had been hydrolocked before it was parked. I was appalled that it managed to turn over, let alone start.

My '86 Olds started right up after sitting for 2 1/2 years. It just needed a new battery.

The guy drives it as his daily driver now, too! 😀 He did replace the head, though.
