I had some old Guitar World magazines from the 1980's in storage. There were some songs out of them I wanted to learn, so I went to get them, only to find moisture had gotten to them and they got all mildewy and moldy

I searched Ebay- they wanted like $10-$20 EACH for back copies. No way.

Then, I found a torrent of every issue of GW I don't know who took the time to scan all those things, but THANK YOU.

Who would? Scanning is mostly automated now, with text recognition and geometric correction. Huge novels come out in PDFs the day they're released, I doubt someone sat down and re-typed the thing character for character in a day.
