type 'f' and it drops down to ATOT as the first choice.
'g' for gmail.
'n' for newegg.

only remember a couple of keywords from a website you were at a few months ago? no problem, just type those words in the address bar.

haven't used favorites since FF3. no other browser comes close.

although i do have to say i wish they'd steal IE8's color coded child tabs feature.
opera is fast but quirky. just doesn't feel as refined.

I'm still using Firefox 2.0.x because I hate Firefox 3.0.x for that very reason.

I have about 100 favorites I never go back to. The most visited sites are on my toolbar.

Firefox is set to automatically delete history, temp files, etc. on exit.

Get the extension "Colored Tabs" if you want them to be different colors.

Chrome does it better (along with Safari 4, I think). Type in "f", and it auto-fills the address bar out for me with forums.anandtech.com. :p
