I stop smoking 2 years and a half ago and i got cravings recently.

you know, i quit smoking too, like two and a half years ago,, maybe 3 now.. and like, in december of last year, i got the bug.. and i would have a cig every once in a while, then like, once a week, then i started smoking again. that lasted for only a month though, and i quit.. but like, it sucks.. if you get those cravings, dont ever let in and have a single smoke.. because it'll eat you alive.. you get these wicked buzzes again.. and like, you dont have nic fits at first.. and soon you start smoking them more and more frequently.. until you buy a pack.. and then you find yourself smoking again.. you dont even realize it... its bad news bears.

i know that.Only smokes i smell once in a while is from weed and some cigares...but i dont touch tobacco( which have the addictiv ingredients )

I know.One single smoke can start me back... 🙁
