Yeah, I don't think it's legal to ship cigs across state lines with intent to sell unless you are registered to do so and plan on paying the hefty "sin" taxes wherever you are selling them.

A co-worker of mine buys cigs online because nowhere in FL can she get them. The place she buys them from just so happens not to charge her sales tax. She got a letter in the mail recently from the state of FL telling her that she owes the state of FL tax for the cigarettes she has purchased online.

Yea, what the OP is supposedly doing is HIGHLY illegal.

I don't see why not. Sam's Club sells items that ARE packaged for individual resale, specifically because they market to small businesses.

EDIT: However, people are making good points about inter-state shipping and retailing.
