I like clicking through pastebin. So many mysterious things. Code samples, warez links, random "stuff". This just came up...

1) Why do you want to be a moderator?

A: I have been a part of the Chivalry community since beta. Since then, I have met many different people and have grown to love its players. It is the first community i have felt like I was truly involved in. The environment is generally a positive one though I am aware of its pitfalls. It is a community has been so great to me, and i want to give back to it.

2) Why should you be chosen as a moderator?

A: I believe that I should be chosen as a moderator for several reasons. I enjoy helping people who need assistance. I have been apart of the community long enough to know how things work and what the community likes/dislikes. I also am aware of the different conflicts and opinions of the community. At times their behavior can be unacceptable. However, because I love this community so much, I would appreciate nothing more than to be able to keep the environment clean, positive, add intelligent conversation, and to of course provide aid to those that ask for it. I know I have been involved in some unsavory forum threads in the past. However I try to keep the discussion intelligent and on-topic. I understand that by becoming a moderator, i must keep the peace and not get "involved" in said disputes.

3) How many hours can you dedicate per week to moderating our forum?

A: It would vary. I would say anywhere from 10-15 hours per week. That would be at least an hour a day.

4) What experience do you have in moderating? Please list all sites and functions you did as a moderator.

A: I afraid to say that i do not have much moderator experience. I do understand the duties a moderator must carry out.

5) Do you have any admin experience? Please list all sites and functions you did as an administrator.

A: Over the years, i have played many different games. On a few i have become a part of communities and have become an admin of sorts on their servers. I would keep peace and enforce the servers rules.
Two games i have been an admin for include

-Minecraft
-Unreal Tournament 2004

In addition, I also administrate the Legion Chivalry servers regularly.

6) What would you say is your best skill? (that would contribute to the team)

A: I would say that my best skill is my ability to analyze things with great intent. I can communicate ideas well and am able to create helpful step-by-step tutorials. If someone needs assistance, then I can most likely assist them. If i don't know what the problem is, then i can certainly do some research for them.

7) What is your location and time zone?

A: (Technical City name), located just outside of Chicago, Illinois. My time zone is Central Standard Time.

8) What is your forum name?

A: My forum name is Phlint95. I would have changed it to Breakfast Warrior, but I did not adopt that name until after I began to play Chivalry as a reference to my favorite AoC taunt from back in the day.

9) What is your Steam ID?

A: My steam id is : http://steamcommunity.com/id/BreakfastWarrior/

10) What is your age?
A: I am currently 17 years old. I would like to note that as of September 11th, I will be turning 18. (So in about 3 weeks)
If the age is of great concern. I assure you that I am a mature person. That is not to say that I don't enjoy having fun though!

11) Sometimes you have to put your personal feelings aside and put the best interest of the forums first. Do you understand that if you were to become a moderator, your actions represent those of Torn Banner Studios?

A: I most certainly understand this. I have been an active clan-member of Legion and a participant in the community for a while now. Being part of a clan introduces you to both the good and the bad parts of the playerbase. Especially in Legion, where even though I do not act in any special represtentative capacity for the clan, I conduct myself so as to not be a poor reflection on them. As a Community Moderator I would do my utmost to represent Torn Banner and would not affiliate my posts with extreme personal or clan related views. I would execute that policy to a far greater extent than I do with my clan as I would be operating in an even greater representative capacity.
