that's what it does to me. it does not take away all the pain but it makes it so i can ignore it.

Agreed for the most part. I have major neck problems, ruptured and bulged discs, cervical dystonia and wry neck syndrome, and also migraines. Oh, and a titanium plate fusing C4 to C5.

When asked how the pain meds help, the best I can describe it is that they dull the pain just enough to keep me sane. Painkillers are a myth in opinion, they never reduce the pain 100%.

It amazes me how far medicine has advanced yet we still rely on opiates for the most part for pain relief.

You can remove the acetaminophen easily from most pain pills. Not that I would ever need to do this though, but it can be done if you are taking so much that you are concerned with liver damage.

or you could just smoke some weed and be done with it.

I just ran out of my year long prescription of Tylenol 3 for migraines. I am probably going to ask for Percocet when I go renew it. They work way better without the constipation.

yeah im kinda surprised that we still use opiates. i guess that shows what a wonderful drug it is.

to bad it's against the law. Pot is far safer to smoke for pain relief then 90% of the pain meds they give people. Only issue i see is that pot only relieves some pain. Not things like RA, fibro and joint damage. so its worthless to me.

for the record last time i did pot was 24 years ago (damn im old)
