Just got my skin chewed off by an old lady who was calling on her husband's account... (She is not on it so I can't help her) I told her that we could look into the adjustment but would need her husband to call in because it is his account...

She openly stated she paid the account after it was due... I told her we could help fix it if her husband calls..

She just wanted to gnaw on someone I guess..
