So I found BetterTouchTool (Download) on TUAW
I love this application!

If you own either a Macbook /Pro or a Magic mouse (I personally have not tested on)

I'm still working with it and as I think of uses I add them
for example I like being able to see all of my current Spaces. So I have it set so I can either swipe 3 fingers up or down and it shows me all of my spaces (Only 4 horizontally)

Today I just added 3 fingers to the left will take me to the left space and 3 fingers to right will take me to the right space

Awesome? I think so!

This application is capable of so much more so give it a shot and post what you use it for!
 
Its pretty nice on the Magic Mouse, however a few of the gestures seem to be really finicky (mostly due to the timing of them with 2+ finger motions), but I'm 90% sure that its based around the Magic Mouse itself.

Using a 3+ finger swipe is kind of tricky on the mouse, but using BTT for the trackpad is pretty much a standard install for me now.

ah yes, i've been using this for a week or so.. this program rocks. I'm using the magic mouse with snow leopard (mac mini htpc) connected to a 52" hdtv. works out really well actually. when i'm on the sofa trying to browse the web and can't read the text, i use the pinch just like you would on an iphone and i'm able to zoom in to where i need it. same thing to zoom out. added three finger tap for bringing up expose and a few other things for opening finder, minimizing, maximizing window.. sweeet
 
This app looks awesome...but it looks like my older Macbook Pro doesn't have a new enough touchpad...sighh...I love the gestures I do use on mine...I would love this thing. Need to get work to buy me a new computer.
 
I downloaded this on my late 09 MBP so I could make a three finger swipe up or down take me to the top or bottom of a wb page in safari. But, for some reason I could not get it to work. I would set the gestures but they would never work.
 
I'd be nice if it could do a three finger click to emulate a middle mouse button click... (maybe it can, I haven't tried it yet).

It supports three finger click! Man, this'll make browsing so much more enjoyable with the trackpad.
