So i sent my laptop to be fixed last week because my english teacher tripped on the charger cable and broke it, it wouldnt charge anymore or turn on and i didnt know why it was probably and inside problem but when i get my laptop back from MSI ITS A HOLE NEW LAPTOP (just the LCD is the same cause there expencive to replace) how freaking great are they? They could have kept my laptop longer and tried to fix it but instead they send me a new one JESUS I LOVE THEM

I forgot how sh!tty it is to be young. It seems like I had every single control freak supervisor in the district when I went through school.

I love DFI. I emailed them saying I need new SATA cables cuz one of the connectors just snapped when I tried using them.

I emailed them from my school email.

Within a day I got a response saying it's on the way on Fedex next day air even though I could literally drive to their office in ~30 minutes. I also got a response that said "Go Bears" at the bottom. Yes. I love DFI.

It's not uncommon to get brand new replacements for broken electronics still under warranty.
