I like them slightly undersized, and quite fitted so they show the outline of my scrawny yet toned upper body.

btw - I never "pop" the collar

i hate it when clothes shrink.

I also hate shopping for clothes cause i have a big upper body from working out but i am only 5'7. So i wear a large, but its always too long :(

you could take it to a clothing alteration shop, and ask them to take up the hem at the bottom of the shirt/ t-shirt so it is a better fit for you. It might cost $5 - $10. Is the large size a loose fit? If you have a nice upper body, why not show it off with a medium instead of a large?
