I love HP - SETI news (project Heavy Metal)

Project Heavy Metal has been activated after a short test over the weekend. I'll have 32 or so processors pushing my SETI scores for a little while at least. They do work units in 8 hours or so (not really superdome machines, but ones in the same family), so I should start seeing 100 WU / day output.

DanC is a big inspiration (the machines are being used for "burn-in" by a fellow "cuppie&quot😉. I'm trying to figure out a way to get the same type of effect for SETI. Installing SETI as the default screen saver for a desktop refresh is the best I can think of now.
