OK, for the past couple months, my coffee consumption routine has been out of whack, and I always seemed to run out of coffee just after I had gone grocery shopping. So, to feed my monkey (well, one of my many, I've got a veritable biosphere on my back) I would just grab some NABOB from the corner store.

Today, I made a special trip down to my local coffee house, and then to the local liquor store. Bought some GOOD coffee, and some decent whiskey. Brewin' up the first pot o' joe, and OH MY GOD IT SMELLS GOOD!!

That is all.

FWIW, Columbian refers to its origin, and 'brown' its roast; you can just as easily roast a Columbian darker if you wish.

And yeah, Columbians aren't very inspiring.
 
My Ex and I had this Foreign exchange student stay with us from Brazil and she made same coffee for me once.....It was so fvcking strong it could strip paint and she downed it like nothing!

ugggh, I miss my coffee. I had to stop drinking it after I started to have panic attacks. The doctor said I should either eliminate coffee, alcohol, or both to help reduce the amount of attacks I get.

Sooo....yeah....coffee had to go.

At least I haven't had a single attack since I stopped.

Just beans and water!
Do not taint the coffee with pollutants such as cream, sugar, etc...

For good to excellent coffee yes, for crap coffee that I'm drinking for caffeine and lack of other options I use whatever means I need to cover up the horrible taste.
