Bras can make huge differences in appearance and perceived size. A girl with B cup size can be made to appear to have C or even D with the right bra.

Consider the pics posted by the OP: those bras are pushing the boobs up and toward the center of the chest. Likely the nipple is just barely covered by the clothing and there is little to no boob under the clothing because of the way the bra is designed. It is padded around the outside edge (side towards the arms, away from the cleavage) and under the edge of the boobs. This causes the underside to be pushed up and in, making more cleavage and leaving the top-edge nipple just barely covered. The bra is further padded to give the illusion of a full boob under the clothing so that the viewer gets the impression that the exposed area is only part of of a large boob instead of nearly all of the skin and fullness of the boob.

Technical enough to hurt many of your fantasies and mental images? 😉
