I love espresso

I just had 2 shots of espresso with my espresso machine and damn, I forgot how much I loved caffeine!

yeah, when I helped my brother and his roomates clean out their apartment when they were moving out, they gave it to me. Its not a very nice one(its about 90 bucks) but it does make espresso
Espresso is made by shooting presurised boiling water through very fine coffee grounds, it is very very concentrated coffee.
A 1 oz shot of espresso has ~120 mg. of caffeine
a 8 oz cup of coffee has ~60

I don't know where you got your figures about caffeine but Maxwellhouse Instant has more caffeine than a good gourmet coffee. The coffee tastes strong because the beans are roasted darker not because there is more caffeine in it.
I've had an espresso machine for about 19 yrs...the same one but I've had to replace the pump twice . How many Mr. Coffee's do you think you would have bought in 19 yrs? Now that you're hooked..go out and buy a good machine....you won't regret it.

mr coffee..bah they do suck just tossed mine aside cuz i got an almost free thermos coffee maker from gevalia guess i'll go expresso next.. powerful @#%
