The other day my 8k7a litteraly blew up on me. I called up Epox's tech support and got the 'we aren't here right now please leave a message.' Expecting to wait a really really long time before calling back I left a message. I would have left them an email, but their US site was down. So, about an hour after I left the message I get a call. Not from some guy who barely speaks english, but from a tech support person who could completely understand what was going on. I explained my situation to him and he told me that Mwave does their own RMAs up until 30 days after the purchase. i told him I bought the board in October, so it was way past those 30 days. Anyway, he ran the Serial NUmber for me to find out what distrubutor to contact and left me a message with the a contact's name and phone number. I couldn't have asked for a better handled situation!
