I got a MS flight simulator 2002 for -$5 ($15-$20 rebate) from amazon. then I put it on ebay with initial price 3.99, thinking people could just get it from amazon or some place cheap. Guess what, it's sold for $19 plus $4 s&h = $23. And amazon's current price is 17.99! This is why I don't buy stuff from ebay (sold 30 items, bought only 2-3 there)

I found that as long as your stuff is not broke, there are idiots who'll buy it for a decent price. I sold my old Zip 100 drive for $40 a few weeks ago. I was surprised.

You can sell broken stuff for quite a profit as well. I clearly state that the items are defective and are being sold as-is and always get good money for them.
