They have had the 15 speeds in RI for a little while now, not sure about elsewhere.

i have 1.5 mb sprint dsl and i pay like $70 for it. i live in in bumfvck, PA out in the sticks and its all i can get. Verizon doesn't have their service in my area and i live far back from the main road so cable would cost an arm and a leg to just get it run up to my house.

up in illinois/oak brook area, we have comcast:

i forget the upload speeds but downloads are 6, 8, 10.

we got 8 because the 10 is way too much. 8 is 5-10 bucks more says my dad.
