Just wanted to get that off my chest...Thanks for looking :)

I like that I can experience different cultures or relive old memories just by preparig the relevant dish.

I am always open to trying new things, and give everything a taste, even if it's something I've never liked before. Cooking gives me that opportunity to be creative.

Who else loves cooking and why?

I love to cook, but I never do because I never have any ingredients. Most of the stuff I want to cook would need a specific one-use ingredient that I would have to buy the day of, but I'm too lazy for that :p

I'm moving out of my apartment at the end of the month... I've decided I'm not taking any of my dishes, utensils, pots, or pans with me (except the really good stuff like my cast iron skillet, which I've already packed up). I've been having a great time cooking up a storm trying to empty out the pantry and then just throwing all the dishes in the garbage afterward :p

But that's part of the fun. Experiment w/the ingredients you have! :)

Just don't get too wild if you're cooking for a date ;)
