Due to a late night burnout session in my Sexscort last night, I realized today would be a good tire shopping day.

I had to go to the junkyard for a few other things, so I figured I'd take a look at the import section for the hell of it.

There I saw a Prelude, that looked like someone legitimately died in it. But it had the cleanest Yokohama Y376R I've ever seen on the rear, in my size, so I figured what the hell, why not. Maybe I'll only have to buy one. These are like $90 online, and I walked out with one, that couldn't have had more than 1k miles on it, for $9. Score.

I go across the street to some run down shithole used tire shop, and ask if he has anything in my size. He runs out with some Dunlop BS, a Tempest? lol.....and the brother to the tire I just bought. Identical, I swear to god they came off of the same car, even worn exactly even with the other one. $20 for the tire including mounting and balancing.

Now I just need to get lucky with the ass end of the car like that. That just made my day a lot better, actually.

Cliffs:
Got $180 of tires for $28.

Nice! Hopefully you have better luck with these tires than the previous owners? ;)

I buy as much as I can from the wreckers and classifieds.

Just no need to always buy new parts.
