How do you eat this stuff all the time and still be so scrawny?

Looks like high metab. Used to run CC and track in High school. Even when I was very very broke first year of college and would eat baguettes spread with butter and corned beef for dinner days in a row, I wouldn't gain a pound. Cholestoral went up, but weight has went up about 3 lb's (not including some up and down temporary water weights) since my freshman year in college (3 years ago).

I'm also asian, but the skinny variety. The type that represents at buffets.

yeap i was that way until i was about 25 and hurt my back pretty bad. I'm now 30 and finally getting where i can work out every other day again.

In college i was 165lbs and i'm 5'6" but i had very little body fat. Man i would be able to eat a large pizza all by myself and still be hungry. My friends were amazed at how much i could eat and not gain the fat.

heh now i look at a slice of cake i get fat! but that is going to change! (i'm still 165 but not as much muscle)
