I lost the program for 2000 where you can select what programs to have running at boot up. Where can I find it?

My IBM HD just lost all its info. O man was I mad. I am in the process of setting everything back to orignial settings. In windows 98 there is "msconfig" to go to your start up menu. Then you go to "selective start up" and check all the programs you want running at boot up. Where can I find that program? Thanks so much.
