I lost all my e-mail in O.E. (when system locked up) can I recover my e-mail ?

Outlook Express

My system stopped responding / locked-up today while I was
checking my e-mail. So I turned the system off / back on. Now
all the contents of my in-box are GONE !

Is it possible to somehow recover my e-mail ?

You have to find your OE store directory and import mail from the .dbx file in there I think
