No, it does not. I lost many friends to that system. Many of whom had great potential, and keep in mind these were all kids at the time,around 15-18. Many are dead and many are in prison, because kids that screamed for help were silenced by bad judges and cops that think these kids are trash. These were all A-B students that society looked down on because they were different, so no, they were not helped.
