I live in NY, I'm hoping for a snowday tommorrow

Well I am a HS student in NJ but I am hoping for the same. 3 day weekend!!

I am hoping, I go to high school in the southern tier, but we are only supposed to get 1-3 inches...

Ultima, LMAO! In NJ if they get more than 4 inches of snow they cancel school. There are hardly any plows in NJ so I guess it is kinda warranted...

I have a LOT of family in NJ so I know this stuff.

Yeah... school doesn't close in NY unless there is like 6 inches.....

I'm a high school student in south Jersey (30 mins from Philly). I'd love a snow day, but we aren't supposed to get much here. Too bad, like zippy said it doesn't take much to cancel school. I remember days when its been like 3 inches and we've gotten to stay home. Not likely to happy tomorrow though

It sucks, my school is always the last to announce it closes and doesn't close a lot of times when most others don't. <sigh> Granted, this only affects one or two days of school, but come on, that is one or two days less of school!

Zippy-4 inches??? Haha, all we need is freaking icy roads!!! It is really crazy in the town that I live in becaus emost of the roads are windy so its hard to plow.

We've already had 2 snow days and have over a foot of snow on the ground. Awesome snomobiling and it's just good to have a white christmas.
