The need to be perfect, to never make a mistake is a tremendous sickness, in my opinion. What is worrisome, perhaps to some degree, is how this external confusion may represent real internal errors of vision. I suspect they don't to some significant degree, but I can't help thinking that in comparison to McCain, Obama has a razor sharp and first class mind, and one that can still claim 57 states.

Anyway, your comment may not rise to a sufficient level to keep this from being locked, perhaps.

You're being dismissive; if I tell you that 1+1 = 3 once and somebody else says it a thousand times, chances are they are off the mark in their head. I think that's the point of this. I really wonder about McCain or anybody of his age--since we know the speed and quickness of intellect wanes with it--leading the country.

Personally I found the piece to be mean and brutal and vicious and I'd feel like a piece of shit putting it together as an attack ad. But it was powerful and makes you wonder and doubt. But I guess that what he stands for ought to be sufficient reason not to vote for him.
