After struggling with both RedHat and Mandrake for various reasons, I installed SuSE this afternoon (LOVE that FTP install method on a 3 mb college network), and I must say, I love it.
It's better put-together than the other 2 Linux distros I've tried. It's really true what everyone says: try different distros until you find one you like. It's basically free (minus $0.50 for the CD media) and it's a lot of fun!
One question though...if I decide to go back to JUST WinXP sometime in the future, how do I get rid of the boot manager (GRUB) and just boot into Windows normally? I don't want to have to reinstall Windows yet again.
