dude, monterey jack cheese is the best stuff on earth. It doesn't matter what you put it on! One of my favorite snacks is what I call "Heart Attack in a Bowl," and it's nothing but melted monterey jack, colby and cheddar cheese and chorizo sausage, and then you use it as a dip for tortilla chips. It's indescribably good, but your arteries scream out in fear at the mere mention of it.
