gall darned fsking hp, and adaptec, I know how to do things the hard way, I like it hard, and it's better with NT 4.0 to do it {H}ARD.

so when I want to make a cd, you show me an explorer style window, I'll drag stuff around, and you burn it lickety split, No fsking ram hogging "cd as floppy" bull. no "formatting disk" naw, don't need that stuff, then the ancient POS's the artist's use, won't be able to read your "cd as floppy" coasters

what i'm trying to say, is i hate all the bloatware that Hp has you install with their burners. The stuff that trys to make you use the cd as a floppy disk. I'd slap nero on here in a second, but it's my personal copy, and I get a vague feeling I won't be burning any time soon.

I just install the bare minimum drivers. I can relate to crappy HP bloatware that destablizes good systems.

they do seem to know how to make decent systems, but their software is a little too bloat.

Oh windogg, we just went on the market for 4 more drives to add to one of our lh 3's, found a place in CT with decent rates, and tons of SCSI stuff.
