It's because all of you clowns are using direct download sides instead of participating in the torrent. By having less people available to download from it means slow speeds for everybody. But I guess nobody told you guys how bittorrent works. That is all [/end weak rant]

/me notices that his download rate jumped to 350 KB/s for a few seconds while writing this post.

When he says participating in the torrent he doesn't mean go download a client and get it from there, he means use the ingame update which is a torrent. Just wanted to clarify for those who replied cluelessly.

I got my update in about 2 minutes from a mirror... :)

I'm happy... and could really care less if you are getting the update fast or slow, or ever at all... :)

i refuse to use the torrent... its never worked fast enough for me. so ill always use a direct download site. its a lot easier and faster. its dumb that blizzard went with a torrent downloader in the first place.
