I had to get peanut butter today and since i drop off my daughter Walmart is the closest place to go. (Yes I am trying to justify why i did go there in the first place) I saw three major brands and plenty of shelf space but absolutely no reduced fat peanut butter. I know when you cook you don't want to use reduced fat PB but for my lent PB sandwich i want to eat healthy. Apparently Walmart does not want us to eat healthy.

Reduced fat anything doesnt make skinny eaters.
You need to cut down on sugar and starch.

Nasty stuff and not healthy anyway. Even the "natural" stuff is no better than regular jiff

Interesting, I always thought it was considered healthy since it was a good source of protein, healthy fats, fiber and vitamins.

And since the natural only contains peanuts and less than 1% salt compared to Jiff's which adds sugar, palm oil and less than 2% salt and molasses I just assumed it was healthier.

Walmart has a good mix of everything. From fat ugly fucks to hot women of all ages.

Target is the same. though they are dressed nicer.

Natural peanut butter is healthier. It doesn't have hydrogenated oil, and I haven't seen one yet that has sugar.

Don't shop at Wal-Mart if you're looking for quality foods. Natural peanut butter trumps anything made by Jif, Skippy, etc. any day of the week.

Natural peanut butter is the only option. "Regular" peanut butter is filled with hydrogenated oils and is disgusting. I can't even eat it anymore; I buy the cheapest store brand I can find and use it exclusively to give the dog her pills. I don't even lick my fingers after.
