I changed BIOS setting and played with EasyTune for hours, and I can't get any results past the stock 2.14GHz - I have Patriot 5300 memory, and from what I've seen I should be able to get 3-3.2 GHz (I have a good cooling solution).

How do I overclock this CPU? any links would be greatly appreciated.
