I was reading another forum Here for a realism based WW2 mod.
Vid on the new MOH explaining their new features, such as: Open battlefield, squad control and adrenaline.
It's totally laughable. They are saying adrenaline gives you invulnerability, one hit kills and unlimited ammo. What kind of sh!t is this? And their new squad features sound like dumbed down BIA methods.

Who wants to boycott EA and quite possibly bomb their headquarters for thinking up this sh!t?
Seriously, are gamers that pathetic in what they want? 🙁 It makes baby Jesus cry, and I'm not even religious.

Sigh. Well the last few Medal of Honors have just been the same old crap, so why should it change now? Besides, whenever a developer shows off "new features" in a WWII game, you know they'll be derivative and probably done better somewhere else. I mean, an open battlefield, squad tactics and some kind of power up? How innovative! They might as well throw in a lava level while their at it. And the thing is, that no matter how lackluster the new gameplay elements are, the developers will chat them up like no tomorrow.

Agreed. I was dissapointed with Pacific Assault. Someone told me Allied Assault was awesome, and it is even worse. Call of Duty spoiled me. *waits patiently for COD2*

Hmm, doesn't look like anything new.

Personally, I want some new WW2 games that focus on the Eastern front. After playing as a US Airborne a dozen times, it gets boring. For now Red Orchestra will have to be my fix. 😉
