I'm hoping you messed up with the HTML code somewhere along the way, because this is what your page looks like in IE 5.01 under Win2K Pro SP1.

Get rid of all the grey, it makes everything look very bland. Pick only a few text colours to work with on the site to keep things simple. In short...needs work.
