I know its been asked, and i have searched

Ok, i know i need to repartition to get more then the 127GB i already have (using a 160GB hdd, with windows SP2)

but i dont have any money to buy PartitionMagic, so what are some other ways to obtain most of the extra space, without losing any of my data?

Use windows disk management and create a second partition of the unused space. Assuming you're using WinXP: Start > Control Panel > Administrative tools > Disk Management

That's not going to partition the "used" space. What he's trying to do is maximize the amount of disk space available to him.
