...I just got my 21 inch monitor (Compaq v1100). I thought that I had a decent monitor, and that gaming was cool on my 17" Mag Innovision. No, no no. 1156X864X75hz refresh rate is bad, I knew it even then, but I had no idea *how* bad. Diablo 2, while people have slammed it on 21 inch monitors looks GORGEOUS. My desktop res is 1280X1024X90hz. I must go be alone and think on this experience ::wipes tear:: My Retail Radeon 64 MB DDR is finally getting it's justice.

with a 21inch monitor, you should go for 1600x1200 at least IMHO.

My old (and still in use) KTX can only do 800x600@75h or 1027x768 @81 interlaced!

I think I can speak for Envelope and others when I say be careful when playing with 19+" monitors.... you'll never be able to go back. I have a Samsung 950p, true not as nice as Envelope's but wow! After using lil 14" ones for years what a diff!!! I already feel the need for a 21"(where's that extra cash?)
