so not only did he get charges for your cell phone bill...

he also wasted minutes on a phone card.....brilliant.
 
yeah, my friend got hit once with that too. except that he used the card during the night period and the card ran out of minutes but they still let him using it, he thought he got a free ride until the bill come. ditto
