Yeah so I completely reformatted and went to Kubuntu (Over my previous Ubuntu installation) Edgy Eft. Well it's still the same great interface but even after installing my graphics drivers...everything seems a lot more sluggish.

My sound doesn't work.

I switch to this Kubuntu install over the previous one because of Edgy Eft release, and also because I needed to get off the 64bit Version (No Flash Support, no WINE support). Now I cant get anything to work.

I'm going to try a live CD-Install again and then see if Automatix can get everything installed correctly. If not then I'm pretty much just stuck on my laptop.

Oddly enough, switching to Edgy made the sound work on my laptop... although I couldn't properly install the video drivers, so I'm back on Kubuntu Dapper for now.
