I keep getting messages on my mac(imessage) from random people

I dont use imessage but I keep getting messages from people(in Spanish) that think they are talking to someone else. Is there a way to block numbers or fix this?

"Hacktivated" iOS devices used to get push notifications that were meant for someone else. I guess they wouldn't have a unique ID for push messages through Apple. Happened to me once after using BlackRa1n on my old iPhone 3G (even though I had a SIM and did not need it to be hacktivated). The Facebook notifications I received were in some other language.
