When I try to install some programs, like Sandra 2002 or The Sims and some other ones, I get an error. This is what I get:

16 bit Windows Subsystem
X#=0D, CS=01FF IP=0000CFD0. The NTVDM CPU has encountered an unhandled exception. Choose 'Close' to terminate the appliction.

When I click 'close', it pops up again. The only way to close it is to goto Processes in Task Manager and select NTVDM.EXE and click end process.
I tried using windows repair and it didn't work. I tried formating and reinstalling and it didn't work.
I tried right clicking the file that suppose to run it and going to properties and select win98/me under compatibility. Me comp just freezes when I try to run it. I don't get BSOD, everything just stops, even the mouse.
All these programs has worked before, don't know why this problem just started.
Thanks. for any help.
