I keep getting a stupid printer error, can anyone help

hey I just bought a HP All-In=One 6500 E709n

i set up everything right but everytime I turn it on it says "missing paper press ok". Theres always paper there so i press OK anyway and then it keeps saying "printhead missing, cannot print without printhead"... the printhead is always there and ive reseated it like 6 times and it still wont print. re-installed the drivers and still get the same error.


anyone got ideas? calling HP in the morning. Thanks

if it is brand new printer you bought recently then my advice is simple take it back to the store where you bought it.
If it is not then is it under warranty? Give HP tech support a call they might be happy to help with your baby.
