I keep gettin overflows in CS 1.3

I can't play CS 1.3, I keep getting overflows, is this affecting anyone else, and how do you fix it?

I just got it last night, but couldn't really test it, all the servers I play on are updating!

Do you have a ATI video card? Then don't use Open GL until they fix this bug.
