Congrats 🙂 How much was the closing price?

A buddy of mine is trying to close on a lot himself - 2400 sq ft, massive backyard (plans on housing his boat on the lot somewhere), 4 bed/3 full bath, getting it for $35K under list. It's going to be built here within the next month or two, he's excited. (I am too, moving in with him)

Stopped doing that almost ten years ago, but I can see why it would make you happy. Still can't blast your 50 cent whenever you want with neighbors though 😛

Who cares. You get fined $1000 + for doing that anyway. Plus I hate music so I hope the fine gets raised to $2000 +

I've never heard of anyone being fined $1000 for playing music loudly.
You hate everything fun and enjoyable for normal people, don't you?

Very nice! Damn my wife and I want something like that, but that would cost about $750,000 to $1 million in my area, depending on location.

Im hoping in ten years time I can sell it for 750k maybe thats unrealistic but I can dream.
 
Looks really nice and seems to have alot of goodies but the almost $200 a month in taxes would of killed it for me though.
