Anyone can help me to play yahoo games? It seems that I am under a firewall, anyway to bypass it?

i play sheepshead on yahoo quite often. every now and then, not often, i can't seem to get in. try clearing your cache (i.e. cookies, temp int files, etc.) seems to work for me. just a suggestion. i am running behind a built in firewall through my router. hope this helps.

assuming you have IE.. do you have your browser setup for proxy? what are you using for proxy? this work or home? do you have access to the proxy server? :)

Anyone play Graffiti? That game is sooo addicting...I've never played a game so much, though after a bit got really bored of it. The only game I can compare it to is CS (although they are totally different in terms of game play) where there's non-stop play every round, and you play every round waiting for your turn. If you win you want to play again because it was fun, and if you don't win you want to try again--and every complete team game takes 16 minutes...so after a few games it's already an hour of game play for some really simple game...

Anyway, the game is basically "Pictionary" or "Win, Lose, Or Draw".

Oh man! I just played JT's Blocks to see what that game was about. I've been looking for that game for a while....I remember playing something similar to that in my trig class in HS on my TI-86 calculator....awww the memories. Haha....but oh no, not another addicting game for me!

Graffiti's cool but if you play if for too long you notice that they only have about 50-100 different pictures they use. For example, if someone's drawing a snowman, and you had that before but the answer was "Frosty", you immediately know what the right answer is. Makes it really easy for Graffiti junkies to win again and again. Do Graffiti players have rankings?

Yeah...there's rankings but you have to play in the special "ladder" area to get ranked. And yeah, I know what you mean...I played so much for a while that I just about knew every word they could throw at you...funny, cause even the dumbest things such as someone using green (like barely a line drawn yet)--the moment I saw it typed grass and that was it! And some of those words are just impossible to draw and some of them are the most random words that you wouldn't guess unless you knew that it was something they would give you (e.g. Taliban, cowboy riding boots, booth babe?). Anyway I played it a few days ago and I think they added more words.

i play behind a firewall and it works fine, I have it set so that IE has complete access, and then i set a rule for the plugin...

Kelvin, if you're trying to play at work than it might have more to do with filtering they may have set up than with the firewall. I believe that some internet filters (such as Norton) may block yahoo games because they also act as chat rooms.

Herrjimbo...sheepshead...small world! me too!

i spoke to our MIS department, they said they didn't deliberately block it...

tat's the problem...

any way to get over this?
